Not necessarily from scratch, but most AI-built sites need a proper rebuild to perform. The issue isn't the design; it's the foundation. AI website builders produce functional but bloated code, missing schema, weak internal structure, and no real SEO strategy. We use your existing content, copy, and brand, and rebuild it on a stack that actually ranks. What we carry forward: everything you've written and the brand you've built. We build on Astro, hosted on Vercel. It's open-source, fast, and yours: if you leave, you take it with you and deploy it anywhere. That's intentional. Every site we manage is exportable.

All four are common starting points. Wix and Squarespace sites almost always need a rebuild: the underlying code limits what's possible with performance and SEO. Framer and Webflow are better foundations, and some can be optimized in place. The visibility snapshot tells us which path makes sense for yours.

The visibility snapshot is typically completed within 72 hours of receiving your site details. If a rebuild is needed, most go from snapshot to live in 3 weeks. If it's optimization-only (less common), faster.

It means Google either can't find your site, can't understand it, or doesn't think it's the best answer for what your buyers are searching for. The fix depends on the cause: technical issues (slow load, missing schema, no internal links) are fully fixable. Content issues (no keyword strategy, generic copy that looks like every other AI site) take longer but are solvable. The snapshot surfaces exactly which you're dealing with.

"Looks fine" is the most common situation we see. AI builders produce visually clean sites that score terribly on the things Google actually cares about: structured data, page speed on mobile, semantic HTML, content that answers real search queries. A site can look polished and be completely invisible in search at the same time.

An SEO agency advises; you implement. They send you a list of issues and recommendations, and you (or a developer) have to execute them. We own the whole thing: snapshot, fix, rebuild if needed, manage ongoing. There's no implementation gap because we're building and running your site, not consulting on someone else's.

We handle all redirects and canonical signals during any rebuild, so rankings are preserved. In most cases, sites see meaningful improvement within 60–90 days as Google re-crawls and indexes the improved technical foundation.
